Software License Agreement

Effective Date: May 31, 2026

1. Agreement

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and JasmineFX ("Licensor"). By creating an account, obtaining a license key, or using the JasmineFX hybrid AI trading system ("Service"), you agree to these terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to this Agreement, JasmineFX grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the JasmineFX trading bot software on your Windows machine for your personal or internal business trading purposes.

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial with full access to Professional features. No credit card required. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

3. How the Service Works

  • The JasmineFX system consists of a native Windows trading application running alongside MetaTrader 5, and a Node.js web dashboard for monitoring.
  • The bot connects to your MT5 terminal using the no-logout API — your broker session is never interrupted.
  • Trading decisions follow a KISS 2-Layer hierarchy: Macro Bias Filter (Hybrid AI + SMA cross) → Execution Trigger (S/R + ATR + RSI + Volume).
  • Trade history, PnL, and bot status are synced to our database for dashboard display and Telegram notifications.
  • You remain fully responsible for all trades executed through the Service via your broker account.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly.
  • All fees are in USD and non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel at any time. The Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Lifetime licenses include all future updates at no additional cost.

5. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its components
  • Share, sublicense, rent, or lease your license key to third parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity, market manipulation, or in violation of your broker's terms
  • Attempt to bypass license validation or trial restrictions

6. No Financial Advice

JasmineFX is a software tool, not a financial advisor. The Service executes trading strategies based on configurable parameters. We do not provide trading recommendations, predict market movements, or guarantee any financial outcome. All trading decisions and their consequences are yours alone.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

Forex, CFD, and commodity trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance and backtesting results do not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that trading will be profitable. Market conditions, broker connectivity, and API availability may affect performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

JasmineFX shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs including our AI sentiment engine, ForexFactory (economic calendar), and Telegram (notifications). Availability of these services is subject to their respective terms and uptime.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, the bot will cease executing new trades. You must discontinue use of the Service.

12. Updates

We may update the Service and these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
