2.1 Website (jasminefxbot.com)

  • Account Registration: Name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
  • License & Subscription: License code, subscription plan, status, and expiration dates.
  • Contact Form: Name, email, subject, and message you submit via our contact page.
  • Log Data: Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).

2.2 The Trading Application (Windows App + MT5)

  • License Validation: The bot validates your license code against our server on every 5-minute cycle.
  • Trading Activity: Trade history (pair, direction, entry/exit prices, lot size, PnL), active positions, and daily profit/loss are synced to our database for dashboard display.
  • Bot Status: Connection heartbeat (online/offline), MT5 connection status, and bot version.
  • AI Sentiment: Market sentiment analysis results generated via the Hybrid AI engine.
  • What We Do NOT Collect: Your MT5 broker credentials, MT5 account password, or personal identification documents. The bot connects to your MT5 terminal locally — we never see your broker login.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Delivery: To provide the trading dashboard, performance tracking, and Telegram notifications.
  • License Management: To validate your license, manage trial periods, and send expiry reminders.
  • Support: To respond to your inquiries submitted via our contact form.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Database: Account info, license records, trade history, and bot status are stored in a MySQL database with standard encryption and access controls.
  • On Your Machine: Your MT5 credentials and broker account details remain on your local Windows machine.
  • AI Processing: Market data sent to our AI sentiment engine for analysis. The AI provider's privacy policy applies to that data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share information only with:

  • AI Sentiment Engine: Market context and headlines for AI sentiment analysis.
  • Telegram API: Trade notifications sent to your configured Telegram chat.
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law or court order.
